Output AC reactors are used on the load side of the inverter through which the motor current flows. Output AC reactors compensate for capacitive charge reversal currents in long cables and are used for smoothing filtering. Reduces transient voltage dv/dt and extends motor life. Reduces motor noise, reduces eddy current losses, reduces leakage currents caused by input high harmonics. Protect the power switching devices inside the inverter.
