The filter reactor is used in the low-voltage filter cabinet, and the filter capacitor is connected in series and tuned to a certain resonant frequency, used to absorb the corresponding frequency of harmonic current in the grid. There are a large number of rectifier, converter, frequency converter and other harmonic sources in the low-voltage grid, and the high harmonics generated by them will seriously endanger the safe operation of the main transformer and other electrical equipment in the system. Filter reactor and capacitor series connection, not only can effectively absorb grid harmonics, and improve the power factor of the system for the safe operation of the system plays a greater role. The filter reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase two kinds, are iron core dry type. The core adopts high-quality low-loss imported cold rolled silicon steel sheet, the core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps, the air gaps are spaced by epoxy-laminated glass cloth panels, and bonded by high-temperature and high-strength adhesive to ensure that the reactor air gaps do not change in the operation process. The coil is wound with H-class enamelled flat copper wire, which is arranged closely and evenly. After assembled into one piece, the coil and core of the reactor are pre-baked, lacquered and cured in a hot baking process, and H-class impregnated lacquer is used to make the coil and core of the reactor firmly bonded together. The reactor's clamps and fasteners are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and a good filtering effect. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion candles, and the lead-in terminals are made of tin-plated copper tube terminals.
